You can certainly see the quality of the workmanship of your team and we particularly appreciated the respect you gave your tradesmen and vice versa. This to us is a result of the long periods that they have been employed by you and symptomatic of a happy workplace. Likewise the office staff we have dealt with have been both knowledgeable and efficient. As I am sure you appreciate going through bathroom renovations is not easy and can be very disruptive to your life but your team and yourself, Sam, were always wanting to work around our needs.
