After meeting with numerous other popular bathroom renovation companies, we were eagerly awaiting our quote from Bathroom Renovations Perth. Sam came to our house (half an hour early might we add, which just shows how committed and passionate he is about what he does) to sit down with us for close to an hour to discuss what we had in mind and what we were hoping to achieve.

From the beginning, we felt listened to and even though Sam and the team clearly had MUCH more experience renovating bathrooms than we did, we were actively involved in the design and renovation. Sam talked us through the process from beginning to end. Kim (our lovely designer) patiently made countless changes to our plans and offered great ideas of her own, many of which we chose to use.

All tradesmen were polite and respectful and they all made an effort to keep the space tidy.

The finished bathroom is Pinterest worthy, and is exactly what we had imagined when we first set off with this project. Sam’s amazing 3D rendering technology allowed us visualise the space before renovations begun and the finished product was impressively similar.

No problem was too big or small for Sam and his involvement throughout the process and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable. As you’d expect, there were some minor hiccups along the way, but these were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

Sam’s passion for what he does is not only evident through the exceptional end result, but he personally checks in with you on an almost daily basis by phone call or message to ensure things are progressing well, and to answer any questions you may have.

Having heard horror stories of friends renovating their bathrooms for months on end, and showering with a hose in the backyard, we weren’t really sure what to expect from a timeline point of view. Our renovation took just 3 weeks, and it was exciting to come home each day to see it all coming together.

For those of you who want a brief summary; this renovation exceeded any expectation we may have had at the onset. Sam and his team are incredibly professional and personable. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends, family, friends of family, and anyone who is reading this.
